My Story Hotel Ouro Lisbon

Our stay at My Story Hotel Ouro was truly amazing. We stayed for 3 nights and were impressed by the hotel's central location. The cleanliness of the hotel was spot on, and the daily room service was impeccable. The breakfast selection was great, offering both hot and cold options, with a variety of fruits, breads, meats. our experience at My Story Hotel Ouro was excellent and we would highly recommend it to all travelers.

This hotel is in a great location to access sights in the city. You can easily walk or take public transit to many attractions and restaurants. Despite being in a bustling pedestrian street, the windows are well insulated, and there is no noise. The room was clean and well-kept, with comfortable bedding. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold dishes.

The room is quite small, and it might be a tight squeeze for two people.

The staff was helpful, giving us great tips and advice for exploring the city. Our room was super clean, with all the necessary amenities and comfy beds. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from many of the city's main sights, and within easy walking distance of public transportation. We even got a welcome gift of bottled water and local pastries upon our arrival!

The balcony room was unbelievable and the hotel was really clean and friendly. The breakfast was good value for money. The location couldn't be better, close to key attractions and amenities.

The receptionist on the first day was serious and even rude. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

The rooms have amazing big windows with views of downtown. You can't beat waking up to that view every morning. Plus, the staff are so friendly and attentive. They make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. And the breakfast.wow! They have both hot and cold options, with tasty fresh fruits and pastries. It's the perfect way to start your day of adventure in the city.

No major issues, everything was just perfect!

This hotel in the city center of Lisbon is a hidden gem. The location in the interesting Baixa neighborhood is perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable, with wonderful beds and a great view. The attention to detail is evident, especially in the beautiful American style showers. Plus, the included breakfast served tasty fresh fruits and pastries.

The most good surprise was when we arrived to find our room beautifully decorated with rose petals and love hearts to celebrate our special occasion. The staff at My Story Hotel Ouro were really good too make our stay nice. The location was fantastic, with shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of delicious options, and we also enjoyed a fantastic meal at the hotel's restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

As young holiday goers, we loved the friendly staff, comfortable rooms, clean and organized environment, and the welcome note and baked goods upon arrival. The breakfast had a great bread selection and there were plenty of nearby attractions and transport options.

Additionally, the hotel offers a complimentary bottle of water and a set of traditional pastries as a welcome gift.

The reception area feels cramped and could use some improvements.
